Mr Mohamed Ali Khélil is a Charted Engineer in Management Information System from the Science University of Tunis and holds a Master's Of Business Administration (MBA) from Laval University-Canada. He has occupied various senior international and Governmental positions.
Since December 2018 he was appointed as ETAP CEO. From July 2018 to November 2018 he was acting as CEO of Trapsa and from May 2017 to June 2018 he occupied the postion of Strategy General Director at the Ministry of Energy and Mines and Renewable Energies.
From 2015 to 2017 He occupied the position of Senior Business Development at ETAP the Tunisian NOC. From 2012 to 2015 he was ETAP's MIS Director. He was also a Senior Consultant for an International Oil&Gas Service Company "IDEAS Intl" from 2000 to 2006. Mr Khelil is PMI certified and paricipated in several international Oil & Gas conferences all over the world. Member representing ETAP at the General Assembly Observatoire Mediterranéen de l'Energie from 2015. He was Key notes speaker at the North Africa Oil & Gas Summit Milan-Italy Januaru 2017, in North Africa Production & Exploration Conference Oran-Algeria Marsh 2017 and recently presented a conference on "the State Energy Strategy " for the Tunisian Talents United- 02 October 2017. He participated in many strategic studies in the oil & gaz secor "Vision 2030" in 2016 "ETAP Intl SWOT Analysis" 2015, "Oil & Gaz Sock Portail" 2014.
