Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs is currently the Chairman of Platform Petroleum Limited, an indigenous Oil and Gas Company and its subsidiaries. He is also the Executive Chairman of DLB Marine Limited, Bluewaves Marine and Construction Company Limited, and several other Oil, Gas, and Marine companies.
He is a product of first-class training programs in Leadership and Oil & Gas. With his excellent analytical, networking, strategy, and interpersonal skills, Chief Lulu-Briggs has been able to carve a niche for himself in his chosen field of endeavour; this he does with accustomed ease.
He has received several awards, such as the 2021 Forbes Best of Africa Energy Personality of the Year, The 2021 Rivers State Man of the Year (Garden City Advancement Award), The Best Parastatal Board Chairman of the Year 2010, organised by the International Maritime Publications Limited and the distinguished Nation Builders Merit Award. He was conferred with the African Achievers Award for Humanitarian Excellence in 2016.
He received the Honorary Rotarian Award in 2015 and was inducted into the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt South (Rotary International District 9140). He is actively involved in several Community social welfare and developmental activities in his Local Government, State and beyond.
He piloted and coordinated the functions and activities of Moni Pulo Limited (an independent oil and gas producing company) as the General Manager & Pioneer Executive Director/COO from 1995 to 2002 and currently the Managing Director of DLB Concerns Ltd.
