Founder & CEO of Zoramu Consulting Group ltd, a private oil and gas Advisory firm.

 He has held senior leadership roles for nearly three decades in the Oil & Gas sector working across Africa and Europe.  

He was Tullow Uganda Managing Director for 8 years and later the Group Africa Advisor  for Tullow Oil PLC . Prior to this, Jimmy spent 19 years at Royal Dutch Shell, serving in several executive positions including being the Senior Regional Advisor for Sub-Sahara at the Corporate head office in the Netherlands and Country Chair/General Manager Shell East Africa operations. 

Jimmy is an Experienced Board chair and Independent Non-Executive Director in the financial, insurance , beverage, and oil and gas industries, including being the Chair of DFCU, Jubilee Allianz ; Diageo East African Breweries Ltd , Uganda Breweries ltd.  He is also on the Advisory board of Veracity World-wide .
An alumni of the University of Wales , Makerere University, IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, Financial Times Non-Executive Director program and a qualified Executive business coach from the prestigious Meyler campbell Mastered program.
